You know, for a long time I was too.

A little less then a year ago I was managing a upscale hotel in Cape May New Jersey. I was working 40-65 hours a week. (Averaging about 60) Not only was I working all of those hours but I was traveling an hour each way, most days. Needless to say, I didnt really know what sleep was.
