If you are not one of the masses...

Rephrased R.K.s ten for fun but, you should get the idea.

1. Have a why... if you don't have one or don't want to find one then don't even bother reading any more.

Your why should be the reason you get up in the morning. The thing that sets you on fire. A combination of wants and don't wants.

2. Choose daily... Our habits reflect who we are. If you spend too much, eat too much, excercise to little, etc. Change your daily habits to reflect the kind of person you want to be.

3. Choose your friends wisely... Just because you have been friends since high-school or maybe before that that doesn't mean that those people are good for you. Associate with the kind of people who you are, and want to be. Associate with people from a higher class then you are. Better life style that you have, more educated then you are etc. People of like minds. If you associate with losers they will only help you remain a loser. They will bring you down when you work hard to get yourself to where you are going. Don't let them do it!

4. Learn alot and quickly... Gain more skills, change your way of thinking when it comes to money... It is not our purpose to live day in and day out for someone else. It is not our purpose to live off what the government gives us. It is our purpose to strive for more each and every single day. You are better then you think you are and only you can prove it to yourself. Noone else can rescue you.

5. Pay yourself first. Be disciplined this is only your life. Put money away every month for yourself first. Then pay everything else. ** Dont get into too much debt, let the pressure build and don't dip into your savings, get inspired by the pressure. Get creative!

6. Pay others well. If you want something done, pay someone who does it well to do it. Don't try to figure it out on your own you will wind up spending more time and money on that *thing* then you would have if you had just got someone who knew what they were doing to do it for you.

7. Be an indian giver. (Not what you think it means) Simply think "How fast do I get my money back?

8. Let your assets buy your luxeries. Don't confuse your luxuries for assets. A common mistake is people creating more debt by buying more luxuries on credit. Well, don't worry about keeping up with the Joneses.

9. Find a Hero... whatever you are looking to do find someone who does it better.

10. Teach and you shall recieve. Give and you will get... It works.

When genuine deals of a lifetime come along most people pass them up so that they can play it safe because they are working so hard, taxed to the max, and loaded with debt...

Our financial genuis lies asleep, waiting to be called upon. It lies asleep because our culture has educated us into believing that the love of money is the root of all evil. It has encouraged us to learn a profession so we can work for money, but failed to teach us how to have moeny work for us. It taught us not to worry about our financial future, our company or the government would take care fo us when out working days are over. However, it is our children, educated in the school system, who will end up paying for it. The message is still to work hard, earn money, and spend it, and when we run short we can always borrow more.

90% of the Western world (90%PEOPLE!!!) subscribes to the above dogma, simply because it's easier to find a job and work for money.
