My fiance' is wonderful. I mean that. Everyday we have together I grow more and more in love with him.
We woke up this morning talking about books and what we have read/ would like to read and both decided that we were going to make a point to read 1000 books and tell whoever will listen all about them. This should be fun. We are working on seperate lists of books at the moment I have something like 35 must reads. Pitiful I know, but hey you have to start somewhere.

No more New Years Resolutions...
I don't believe in New Years resolutions. I really don't. Not because I disagree with the whole (improve your life) thing. More like, I just disagree with the idea that you have a whole year to live the way you shouldn't and then on January 1st you are supposed to STOP everything stupid, crazy, or lazy that you do and give it up for good.
Ohhh Come on! Most people can't even stop or start doing one thing that would make them healthier, happier, or (god forbid) smarter. Let alone a few things at once...
So, that being said, and with my 100+ things to do before I die. AKA my bucket list posted. I am start a work out/ eat healthier regime in 15 more days.
I have sort of started already.
1.I got my skinny jeans out of my closet (skinny = size 11/12) and I have them hanging with one of my favorite shirts. So that I can consistantly remind myself of why I am doing this.
2.I have already started adding in 1 salad and usually 1 vegetable type snack into my daily diet.
3.I started walking a few miles per week. Yesterday I think I walked 3 miles of beach with my fiance' and best friend Dette.
It's so awesome when the people in your life participate isn't it?
This may not seem like much to some, and may seem like a whole lot to others but hey, I figure you have to start somewhere.
My goal is to lose between 3 and 4 pants sizes. I'm not sure how long it will take me to work it off, it took me a few years to gain all this weight. How is it that you don't notice the weight you have gained the whole time you are gaining it and then, one day its like, Holy Shit! Look what I have done to myself?
Well, regardless. The plan goes something like this.
1. Stay motivated.
2. Eat at least one super healthy meal per day (to start)
3. Take a long walk, bike ride, Tea Bo, or the Magnificent Seven by Matt Furey 3-4 days a week.(The book is actually called Combat Abs.) If you are looking to get fit, this trully is a great place to start.
4. Eat at least 2 super healthy meals per day.
5. Once I get into better shape. (about halfway to where I want to be physically) I am going to start doing P90X. I figure I'll start off with p90X twice a week (probably a stretching and kick boxing), tea bo twice a week (cardio and abs) and then a random physical activity once per week.
6. Eat at least 2 healthy meals per day with healthy snacks.(I don't believe that people should "diet" I mean just look at the word DIEt. Seems pretty self explanitory to me. I do however think people should stay away from all the greesy fast food places. I mean, all that greese has to go somewhere and it does, right onto your thighs.)
7. Progressively phase out Tea bo and phase in P90X so that I get up to 5 days.
P90X is a hard core work out. I did it a few years ago, thinking I could just jump right into it, and I found muscles in places I didn't know muscles existed. Who know there was a muscle right above your knee. Not I. But, there is and plyometrics showed me just how weak that muscle is.
So, thats my plan. As I have said, I have begun taking some small strides to get my self ready, not just physically but mentally.
I have also started to teach myself French.
What are you doing to better your mind, body, or spirit?

My new tattoo
I was reading one of the blogs I follow and they had a topic on Tattoo's.
That's when I realized that I haven't mentioned it! In July, I got my first tattoo. Its a Phoenix on fire.
Basically the story behind it is: (Nothing to do with Harry Potter)
I got a Phoenix because A. In Eastern Cultures the Phoenix and the Dragon are thought to be part of the Begin of the universe. The Phoenix, Dragon, Unicorn, and Tortoise are the beginning of everything. The creators if you will. The Dragon and the Phoenix represent man and woman/ male and female/ yin and yang.
B. The Phoenix symbolizes rebirth- strength- and loyalty.
C. I have now been with my fiance' (officially engaged as of 09/20/09) for 3 years going on 4. We love each other so much, and for the few people who know me and all I have gone through in the past 6 years, you know that I am a completely different person then what I was. Thankfully this is a good thing... at any rate, John and I can't always be together and this is a sort of way or reminding myself of what I have accomplished, and where I am going. As well as a way for me to have him with me always (once I get the Dragon done - which represents him.)
So on my right arm, I have a Phoenix on fire and on the left arm I will be getting a Dragon (of water) to tie the two together. They are doing a sort of mating dance together.
So anyway, that's the story about my tattoo.
This is where I got the idea for my tattoo from:

And here is the picture of my tattoo as promised.

In the mean time, WORLD, I am going to marry the love of my life, the most fabulous person that I have ever had the pleasure to meet. I am so excited, and happy it is crazy.

Hungry?
I try to understand why people are lazy. I'm not just talking about oh-I-dont-want-to-exercise kind of lazy. I am talking about people who are to lazy to do the work that is necessary so that they can pay their bills on time every month. Or the people that go to work but only do just enough so that they dont get fired.
Don't these people want to get ahead? Don't they realize that noone is going to feed them success? Personally I have this inner hunger that makes me want to do more, better, quicker.
I just know that there is so much out there, and that the sooner I get my life together the sooner I can get on with doing the things I want to do. I mean who really wants to spend their lives miserable.
Nevermind, I know quite a few people like this. I was told yesterday by someone close to me that I am very intolerant. Although I don't agree when it comes to the context it was used in, I do have to agree that overall I am intolerant of stupid.
Not to say that managing money is easy (it is however necessary). It really bothers me that people complain to me all the time and then ask for my advice- which they then fail to take.
If you don't want my opinion, here is a thought. DONT ASK.

My Bucket List
So, of course John and I were talking about what we want to accomplish together. This is something we do quite often actually. But, with moving around a bit in the last few months and other things that happen... we kinda got sidetracked from working on our Bucket List AKA. To DO List.
So I figured I would make a new list. Which I did
Together John and I are going to actively try to get as many things on our lists done as possible. Of course not everything we want will be done together.

About your attitude:
1. Attitude is a choice.... always.
2. We all make things harder than they need to be.
3. Human beings are incredibly capable, resilient and strong when they have to be.
4. We major on minors.... a lot.
5. When we have to survive, we'll find a way. When we have no choice, we just get it done... we don't think, rationalise, complain or procrastinate because we don't have the time. We just do.
6. Being told you have three months to live is a quick way to discover what your real values and priorities are.... (pity some people have to get sick before they start putting things into perspective).
7. Sometimes it's good to laugh, even when there's no reason to do so. Sometimes it's good not to complain, even when there is a reason to do so.
8. Sometimes, the only person you can rely on is you.
9. 'Experts' don't always know. Sometimes the human spirit is more relevant than 'test results'.
10. If you have the best attitude in the worst situation, you have a chance. If you have the worst attitude in the best situation, you're doomed.

The City Of Sin
We just got back from Las Vegas a few days ago. This is the first time I have had a free moment to sit and post something. WOW it was great out west.
I have traveled to quite a few different states but my favorite by far are the ones out west. I love California and Nevada!
We went out there for our annual convention for Pre-paid Legal and there were about 15,000 people there. It took 3 hours to give away all the incentive money.
You all should have been there!
I got an awesome ring. ( I will have to take a picture of it. )

Letter From a Dead Man
This is an article written by a dead man after he realized he was dead. It was written to all those who are still alive to themselves.
If you want to be delivered from you, read on.
If you want to be mortified instead of edified, read on.
If you think the way up is down, read on.
For all those who are still hiding themselves from themselves, less at the sight of themselves they sickened themselves.
I urge you to change your name to Mr. / Mrs. Pride and your address to 123 Destruction Ave. Going Nowhere? 00000
Have you ever seen a dead man angry?
Have you ever heard a dead man complain?
Have you ever heard a dead man say, "I can't do this?"
Have you ever seen a dead man put himself first?
Are you more concern about yourself than others?
Then you haven't died yet.
Are you more concern about making money than making friends?
Then you haven't died yet.
Are you more concern about getting what you want then helping others get what they want?
Then you haven't died yet.
Do you get angry when your dowline don't produce or order for the month?
Then you haven't died yet.
Are you spending more time on your MLM than your FAMILY?
Then you haven't died yet.
Are you offering a product than a solution?
Then you haven't died yet.
Are you working on being rich than being better?
Then you haven't died yet.
Is your favorite holiday your birthday?
Then you haven't died yet.
If you ask the mirror on the wall
who is the fairest of them all
Will it reply
Me, Myself, and I?
Then you haven’t died yet.
***** I wrote this because I'm dead. You are reading this because maybe you are dying. *****
I keep my friends rather they join my program or not.
Because I'm dead to my feelings.
I don't jump on every new hot deal that comes along.
Because I'm dead to my impulses.
I own things, but things don't own me.
Because I'm dead to my possession.
Put others first and myself last.
Because I'm dead to pride.
Except a seed fall into the ground and die, it abides alone: but if it dies, it bringeth forth much fruit.
Have you died yet?
To all who read this, may your ego rest in peace.
Sincerely yours,
Hardin

5 Tips to Success
1. Realize the importance of a mentor- It is so important, especially just starting out to have someone who has done what you are trying to do. They assist you with listing your goals and reaching them. They can answer questions you don't have the answers to. Amongst a great many other advantages.
2. Increase visability.- You want to get your name out there. Show people your character. You need to stand out by building your brand name. Which is YOU
3. Communicate effectively- You want to speak in a way that most people will understand you. Talk the way your customers talk. Be clear and know what you are talking about. Be Bold.
4. Balance home/ work- Understand that even if you are working from your home office that each day you should set aside time to work on 'work' only. Get a business line and a house line. During 'business hours' answer your business line only. And have your family call you on your cell phone if there is an emergency. Learn how to be time efficient if you aren't already. This will free up some of your much needed time.
5. Take Smart Risks.- Just because there is a risk that you may not WIN doesn't mean that you won't. Women have a gut instinct that is second to none. Our other senses run on overdrive which is why we get that gut feeling. Go with it. It's ok to be nervous but nothing was ever gained by doing nothing beside, you guessed it "NOTHING"

Are you frustrated?
You know, for a long time I was too.
A little less then a year ago I was managing a upscale hotel in Cape May New Jersey. I was working 40-65 hours a week. (Averaging about 60) Not only was I working all of those hours but I was traveling an hour each way, most days. Needless to say, I didnt really know what sleep was.
A friend of years, (now my business partner and mentor) and I were talking about his (Multiple Steams of Income), he was working a less then part time schedule with his 'JOB', making twice as much money as I was and most of his money was made easily from hom. He introduced me to the business he does from home and now, my life is transformed.
If you feel like I did, like there had to be a better way and you are beating your head against the wall, take 2 minutes of your time to take a look at the business I am doing. Click here to learn more.
I will take you by the hand and teach you everything you will need to know to make a good part time income from home.

Admit It- Fix It- Move on
Strange how the world works isn't it? I mean you go through your days thinking that you are young and you have your whole life ahead of you and then something happens and you realize that tomorrow is not only (not guaranteed) but that you are the person in charge of your destiny.
Maybe you already knew that. Maybe just maybe you had no clue and as you sit and read this you think to yourself, 'I may be in charge of the actions I do but the world has made life so difficult for me to get ahead. It doesn't matter anyway, I can never be what I really want.'
If that is you, I am sorry. I know how you feel. I felt the same way. Do you know what I found? It just isn't true. Whatever you want out of life is possible. You may have people who support you, you may not. But as long as you have the will to be and do what it is you want. Then you can.
Ignorance is not bliss. And just because you don't get the result you are looking for it doesn't mean you should stop working. It means you should start working with even more conviction, with even more spirit, with even more desire.
Life is only what we make of it, nothing more and nothing less. So if you gone your whole life wondering what is the point.
The point is do something awesome, outrageous, creative, and do it for yourself. Don't worry about what the world thinks. Dont worry about the crosses you may have to bear. Don't even worry about the mistakes you have made.
Who cares about those mistakes? Trust me. I could make a list of the great many things in my life that I have messed up. But at the end of the day it affects me far more then it affects anyone else in my life. Because of those mistakes I can clearly see what I am meant to do with my life right now.
Who knows, maybe my goals and aspirations will change. Maybe they will stay the same. But they are mine to accomplish. And mine to fail. Which do you prefer? To lay in bed at night knowing that you didn't even try to get a thing done or that you did everything possible to get your goals ACCOMPLISHED.
I have a hard time sleeping at night. I have for quite a few years now. I lay in bed and think about all the things I have to do the next day. I even have a note pad on the night stand next to me so when I have an idea I can write it down right away. Even thought the lamp is on the other side of the room. It doesn't matter. So what if I wake up to a page of barely readable scribble that I have to use a decoder to figure out.
It is the action the desire that helps me wake up and be grateful for each day I have to be alive and get what I want out of life.
I was diagnosed with anxiety disorder a few years ago. The doctors put me on medication for a while and you know what I found I had even more anxiety problems. Now that I consistently make lists and cross off what I have done each day, I don't get crazy and anxious. I am proud and relaxed.
There is a way of living that sets you apart from everyone else. Some may go through their day and run into a snag then let that little snag mess up the rest of their day. Others choose (I choose) to brush it off. I just don't think life is worth getting that worked up about.
We may not have tomorrow but we do have today so for who ever reads this and for whatever it is worth, I say to you...
If you make a mistake, so what, admit it. Fix it. Then, move on.
If you feel like there is no point in trying, realize that you can't get anything that you don't ask for. You can't make any progress unless you try. You can't be what you want to be unless you figure out what you want to be. You need a purpose.
Lastly, learn as many skills as you can. The world is forever changing and while we are here on this planet to breathe the air, enjoy the sound of the ocean, the scent of a flower, the taste of our favorite food, and the feel of the breeze in our hair... we need to enjoy it.
Take advantage of our lives because we may only have one to live.
Ask yourself; what kind of person must I become to accomplish my goals?
Then (get er done)

Today's Training
I had an absolute blast today at our company training. It is always an outrageous experience when we all get together.
The attitude is great. Everyone there wants to help their family, friends, strangers, and of course themselves. Each of us wants a better life.
We spend 80% of our time with ourselves
80% of our talk is self talk.
Which might help you realize that our enemy is ourselves.
It's a shame that one parent can raise three or more children but those same children can't retire one parent.
Your playing small won't help this country.
Formal education with make you a living but, self education will make you a fortune.
What do you want? What are your reasons?
What are you willing to give up?
Who are you will to associate or disassociate with?
We all have our own destiny. Each and everyone one of us has a calling. That doesn't mean that you have to get there alone. One of the things that is so wonderful about this business is that although we are all marketing the same service we are also all working and walking together towards our future goals.
Doesn't that make you want to be part of a team?
What are you willing to do to get what you want?
The price isn't too high, our expectations are just way too low.

For Me...
What is important is the assurance that my life will continue to hold adventure, purpose, and goals. That is the secret, I believe. To continually reach higher is to live; to always strive to be a better person or to make the world around you a better place or to enrich your life or the lives of those you live is the secret to that most elusive of goals; a sense of accomplishment.
For some, that can be achieved by creating order and security or a sense of home. For some it can be the accumulation of wealth or the crafting of a magnificent item.
For me... it is helping others that have drive, but aren't sure what to do. It is helping those that are willing to help themselves and just need some direction. It is helping bring families together and it is making sure that everyone has legal protection so that their rights are secure.
What is your purpose?

Believe in Yourself
Something I found on the Rich Dad forum.
It was in the June Cognigen Times...
One of the more pronounced problems seen around the country these days is the problem of low self-esteem. Sure, almost everyone has acquired the ability to 'mask' that feeling from friends, family, co-workers, even sometimes their spouse, but deep down, they still feel low self-esteem. They feel like they should be doing more, but they don't believe they have the ability to change their 'life circumstance'.
There was a popular song a few years back about 'play the hand you are delt' and another one about 'ya gotta know when to fold 'em'. While those statements have an assence of truth to them, you need to look below the surface to find the real meaning there. Yes, you need to play the hand you are dealt, but in more ways then you realize, you have control of the dealer and the cadrs that show up. Yes, you gotta know when to fold 'em, but the key in that statement is know, and to recognize that you actually have a full house against the dealer two pair. Many folks are holding a full house or four aces but do not have enough confidence in themselves to fold, thinking how 'disasterous' it would be if they did not win.
One of my favorite t=shirts is a very simple drawing of a 8ounce glass filled with 4 ounces of water with the statement 'half- full' It is a matter of perspective, but far too many people look at the glass as half empty. The difference between those two perspectives can make or break your entire outlook on virtually everything.
A few years ago, students in medical school were entering the classroom for the final exam in one of the thoughest courses in the whole curriculum. The students had studied non-stop for days and they were as prepared as they could be.
The professor sat quietly at his desk at the front of the room.
As the bell rang, the professor slowly walked to over and closed the door to the room. Then he turned to the class and said, 'Anyone who does not want to take this final exam can leave now and I will give them a 'B' for the course'. The students exchanged glances, trying to figure out the kicker, and then the professor repeated that statement. students hurriedly got up and left the room.
About a dozen students were left. The professor looked around and said 'Last chance - you can leave now and be gauranteed a B for the course'. A few more students got up and left, the look of relief on their faces very evident.
With about 8 students left in the room, the professor shut the door to the room, then turned to those remaining students and said, 'Congratulations. You all have demonstrated that you believe in yourselves, and I will give you an A for this course. You are excused.'
Do you believe in yourself? Would you have left the room? Life up your head and believe in yourself. More then that, believe in yourself to the etent that other people can see and feel your self- confidence, even from a distance. Life is only 10% of what happens to us -- the real part of life depends on the other 90% which is how we react to what happens to us, and how we handle it.
Believe in yourself, you will be amazed at what you can do.

What would you do?
If you had infinate wealth and could do anything you wanted to? Where would you go, who would you see? All the things you could have right at your finger tips.
Here are some of mine.
1. I Would help build the house of my dreams on some awesome mountain overlooking (a slides ride away) from a river.
2. I would put a helipad in. Who needs a jet when they can have a chopper? Did I mention it would be pink and black?
3. Anyone ever seen Crank? I want those girls in bubbles sporaticly around our house for my man meat to have something pretty to look at. =)
4. I would set up non profit organizatoins to help people become educated about finance, lifestyle, and how to learn english.
5. I would start a 'free' college for entrepeneurs so that they can have 1 on 1 training to become independently wealthy. We would help those who prove themselves with financial backing to get started.
6. I would have kids. 3 of them. My 'man meat' has a daughter already so, I want 2 boys and another girl.
7. I want a Shelby Convertable.
8. A Yaht
9. whatever the newest gadgets are.
10. Linen suits for every day of the week. It is just so comfy.

The Secret Unfolded
For any of you who haven't seen it yet, go to TheSecret.TV and check it out. It will change your life!
This movie talks about the LAW of ATTRACTION and how we are the creators of our destiny. The idea is residual outcome. We Doom or Save ourselves. The choice is ours.
What we live through and deal with everyday is a direct reflection or what we dwell on, what we think about, and what we are thankful for.
"Only what a man can conceive can he achieve."
People are constantly searching for the meaning of life. What our purpose is. Why are we here?
What do you want out of life? Intend it… strive for it, believe that you can do it. Think about the things you are happy about.
If you are reading this then I hope your asking how can I?
Start every morning with a thought of what you are grateful for.
Make a list right now of things in your life that you are happy about. DO IT! Right now, write it down.
Once you have done that, every morning wake up and think of some things that make you smile. But start you day off with this. Trust Me.
Next, I want you to take that same pen and paper and write down this sentence,
I am so happy and grateful now that;
Fill in the rest with anything you want. Whether is it huge or small. Put it in there. To give you an example this is what mine looks like;
I am so happy and grateful now that I am able to move out of state after becoming Director. Now that we have fully furnished our place, we have bought a nicer car, traveled a few places and have more money to save and invest.
Not to mention I already started my IRA. My E-Book has been a success, and my hair is back to its original color. I lost 20lbs and I exercise everyday. My family is healthy and my divorce is final, and we are currently house shopping. I am starting college online this semester to complete my degree.
As you can see some of this stuff is easily attainable some of it will take more then a little work. But all of it is possible. Think about what you want everyday. Think about how grateful you are. Whenever you are feeling down think of the happiest moment you have ever had.
If you need more money in your life think this and believe it;
Money comes easily and frequently.
Now, take out your pen and paper again…
Write down,
I would like to have $_______ in the next 30 days.
I would like to have $_______ in the next 6 months.
I would like to have $_______ in the next 12 months.
Set up some goals and get the little ones done. Then the bigger ones won't seem as hard.

Walk Away
I looked in the mirror to see
It's my face staring back now at me
How did I get here?
I am lost, I am choking
Im where I dont want to be.
I turn my back and walk away
I'm tired of living life this way
People say there's no other way.
Go to school, get a good education.
Get a job, so you will have a career.
Most people are sheep.
What is it we fear?
I turned my back away.
Today isn't like every other day.
I turned my back away today,
I made my decision.
I'm tired of living as a slave
What we call our freedom isn't free.
That's just something the goverment wants us to believe
When we awake in the morning dreading the day.
Then you know it's time to walk away.
It's my face staring back now at me

Attitude Adjustment
2. We all make things harder than they need to be.
3. Human beings are incredibly capable, resilient and strong when they have to be.
